: if an eighty year old person is an otagenarian, what is a ninety year old person called?

An eighty year old person is an octagenarian.
A ninety year old would be called a nonagenarian
and a one hundred year old, of course, a centenarian.
From the Greek roots septa(7), octa(8), nona(9) and
deca(10). Hope this helps.
